Glazunov's "Small Piano Drawings" (op.42) Music Analysis And Performance Skills

Grazunov is a famous Russian composer,educator and conductor.He is an influential musician in the music history of the late 19th century and the early 20th century.Grazunov s piano works are few,and the complete and detailed analysis of this work is very little at present.This paper takes Grazunov's Piano Piano Piano Collection op.42 as the object of study to carry out text analysis and elaborate from two aspects:music analysis and performance techniques.Through the analysis of the musical form,harmony texture and rhythm characteristics of Piano Piano Pictures,this paper explores the creative style of this work.Finally,combined with practice,we can better understand and express the connotation from two aspects:the control of strength and the use of pedals.This paper tries to make a detailed study of Grazunov's Piano Piano Piano Collection.It combines theory with practice,hoping to supplement the study of Grazunov s works through its own efforts and provide some useful references for the performers to master the performing skills and connotations of this work.
