non-only child, the total score of Grade one high students’ emotional regulation self-efficacy was significantly higher than that of Grade two high students; The total score of emotional regulation self-efficacy of students whose father has received high education was significantly higher than that of students whose father has received lower education; The total score of emotional regulation lower than that of boys. The total score of mental health of students whose father has received high education was significantly lower than that of students whose father has received lower education; The total score of mental health of students whose mother has received high education was significantlylower than that of students whose mother has received lower education.Next study mainly score of gratitude and emotional regulation self-efficacy of high school students. There was a significant negative correlation between the score of high school students’ emotional regulation self-efficacy and mental health level. There was a significant negative correlation between the score of gratitude and mental health in high school students.Gratitude negatively predicted mental health and positively predicted emotional regulation self-efficacy.Emotional regulation self-efficacy negatively predicted mental health, besides gratitude had a significant indirect effect on mental health through emotional regulation self-efficacy.Finally,study adopted the form of group counseling, formulating the emotional regulation self-efficacy program to intervene 24 high school students. The results showed that the total score of emotional regulation self-efficacy of the students in the experimental group was significantly increased, and there was a significant decline in mental
