Work pressures above a certain limit will have serious adverse effects on enterprises and employees,which will not only affect the performance of the company,but also have a certain impact on employee satisfaction.The current theoretical model tries to explore the inherent mechanism of its implication.Theoretical models of more representative work stress indicators,Robbins work stress,and work resources in early research focused on individual resource characteristics,such as the role of self-efficacy,but there was no sense of efficacy regarding emotional regulation.Exploring;Emotional adjustment efficacy as a reflection of the efficacy of self-efficacy in emotional regulation,may mean that there is a certain correlation between emotional regulation efficacy and work stress on outcome variables(such as job satisfaction).This article starts with the emotional adjustment of efficacy,aiming to integrate the emotion regulation efficacy into the work stress model and broaden the ecological validity of the model.That is,through the investigation of the work pressure,emotional adjustment efficacy and job satisfaction of Internet enterprise employees,the relationship between the three is analyzed,and the emotional adjustment efficacy is discussed in the process of work stress affecting job satisfaction.If there is a regulation,what is the direction of the regulation,whether it is positive or negative.Based on the above analysis,some management suggestions are proposed accordingly.On the basis of domestic and foreign research,the work stress scale,emotion adjustment efficiency scale and job satisfaction scale were used to investigate the employees of 7 Internet companies in Nanjing.The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 22 and AMOS22.The research results are as follows:(1)The personal attributes of employees in the company are different,and the performance of emotional adjustment,work stress,and job satisfaction will show certain differences..(2)Work stress is negatively correlated with job satisfaction.Among them,role pressure is negatively correlated with job satisfaction,interpersonal relationship is negatively correlated with job satisfaction,and the pressure of promotion in organization is negatively correlated with job satisfaction.(3)Emotional adjustment efficacy plays a regulatory role in the process of work stress affecting job satisfaction.The expression of positive emotional efficacy(POS)has a significant regulatory effect on the relationship between work stress and job satisfaction.Management of depression and emotional efficacy(DES)has a significant regulatory effect on the relationship between work stress and job satisfaction.Management anger and anger(ANG)have a significant regulatory effect on the relationship between work stress and job satisfaction.
