Research On The Implementation Of The Cultural Industry Policy In Yizheng City

Cultural industry is a new type of industry based on cultural resources and cultural innovation.In recent years,cultural industry has developed rapidly in China and gradually become the top priority of industrial development for local governments at all levels.Therefore,how to promote the effective implementation of the cultural industry policy has become the research focus of local government.The cultural industry in China started late,western developed countries have already completed the industrial transformation,and China's current industrial economic situation is also in the critical stage of transformation.For the cultural industry,the government's cultural industry policy determines the development of the regional cultural industry to a large extent.In other words,if the cultural industry policy can be scientifically formulated and effectively implemented,it can play a key role in promoting the development of the cultural industry.In this paper,by using the theory of industrial policy and the policy process theory,and detailed analysis of yizheng city cultural industry policy execution,combing yizheng city cultural industry policy achievements in detail,analyzes the main problems of yizheng city cultural industry policy implementation,and from the scientific and stability of the policy,main organization structure of policy implementation,recognition of policy implementation subject,policy implementation techniques and so on five aspects to analyze the causes of the problem,and based on the optimization measures are proposed from five aspects of reasons to improve the effect of policy implementation,and promote high-quality development of cultural industry for yizheng city.
