Professional values are the social judgment orientation that people have a direct impact on their professional behaviors,while achievement motivation is the tendency of individuals to overcome difficulties and achieve satisfactory results,which is influenced by personal professional values.Professional commitment is reflected in students' recognition and acceptance of professional courses,which is also influenced by professional values and achievement motivation.According to statistics,in 2016,the number of students in secondary vocational schools in China was about 15.99 million,more than two-thirds of the number of students in high schools.Due to the uniqueness of students' age,major and vocational secondary vocational education,different vocational psychological characteristics of secondary vocational students are often shown.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to provide vocational guidance to secondary vocational students,improve their professional commitment level,and better conduct professional study to promote their smooth employment.Through the review of existing literature,it is found that the research on the relationship between professional values,achievement motivation and professional commitment is not only limited,but mostly focuses on the relationship between them.There are few studies on the combination of professional values,achievement motivation and professional commitment.From the perspective of research objects,the research on professional commitment and professional value in recent years is limited to the research on employees,teachers,nurses and students of ordinary higher vocational colleges,and the research on students of secondary vocational colleges is very deficient.This study takes students in secondary vocational schools as the research object,obtains the first hand data through issuing the questionnaire,accurately understands the basic situation and characteristics of secondary vocational students in terms of career values,achievement motivation and professional commitment,and at the same time analyzes the differences of the three in different characteristic variables.Based on the data obtained from the questionnaire,this paper discusses the influence and mechanism of vocational values and achievement motivation on professional commitment by means of statistical analysis.After discussing the results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)vocational values,achievement motivation and professional commitment of secondary vocational students differ in different dimensions,and there are significant differences in feature vectors;(2)there is a positive correlation between vocational values,achievement motivation and professional commitment of secondary vocational students;(3)vocational values and achievement motivation of secondary vocational students have a positive impact on professional commitment,and the motivation of pursuing success plays an important intermediary role between professional values and professional commitment in this paper to the cultivation of vocational values into the teaching system,students are encouraged to actively participate in social practice,targeted at the same time stimulate students' achievement motivation as well as from the professional values and achievement motivation of improve the level of secondary vocational students' professional commitment and other aspects of the countermeasures and Suggestions.
