Since ancient times, literati have been keen on the collection and appreciation of antiquities, and the rise of appreciation works is from the Northern Song Dynasty,Ouyang Xiu's "Ji Gu Lu" can be regarded as the beginning of such writings. Its development reached its peak in the Ming Dynasty, and the appreciation of writing was frequent. This phenomenon is closely related to the germination of capitalism, the prosperity of Jiangnan town, the prevalence of antique atmosphere and the transformation of consumption habits. The "Zunsheng Gossip" written by Gao Lian in the late Ming Dynasty is the most influential in the contemporaneous writings of the same period. It has become the object of imitation of such books in the later generations. The book contains a large number of literati's ways of health and cleansing. The content, because of the play and leisure, can be comforted and healthy. The essence of the security and longevity is the same.It is the leisure state that the literati wants to care for."Yan Xian Qing Shang Jian" is the fifth one, which constructs the elegant life of the late Ming literati with aesthetic meaning. The "three interest" theory put forward in the book is that the heavenly interest, the interest and the interest are in the history of painting. The influence is far-reaching,and Gao Lian's view of “interesting” runs through the whole article. The author further extracts the four aesthetic tastes of "True Fun","Amazing Interest","Clear Fun" and "Ancient Interest" from "Yan Xian Qing Shang Jian",which reflects the aesthetic taste of the literati's elegant and literary blending and lyric pleasure in the Ming Dynasty.
