Since the 1930 s,as a new sport in China,dancesport has been welcomed and loved by most people.Setting up sports dancing courses in colleges and universities can improve students' physical exercise ability and cultivate their physical and mental health.With the rapid development of The Times,the deepening of the new curriculum reform,curriculum opening and professional skills certification increasingly close to the industry situation,the current traditional sports dance teaching model,can not meet the urgent needs of today's society for new talent.In order to meet the needs of diversified talent training,it is necessary to optimize the sports dance teaching model.How to effectively improve and improve the quality of college sports dance teaching has become our primary concern.By combing through the previous research results,it is found that the research on dancesport teaching mode is still a hot spot in current research,but there are few studies on integrating dancesport teaching with professional qualification certificate.Therefore,this paper takes the teaching mode of "integration of lesson and certificate" of college sports dance as the entry point to deeply study its practical application in course teaching.This article through the literature material method,interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics research methods,the integration of the teaching mode applied in sports dance teaching in colleges and universities,in qufu normal university sports science college of 68 students as experimental object,teaching experiments,and collect and record the experimental group and control group before and after the experiment in the experiment of some relevant data,and the data sorting,statistics and analysis,in order to study the integration teaching mode in the experimental study of the sports dance teaching in colleges and universities.Finally,by comparing the experimental data,this paper verifies the effect of the integrated teaching mode of lesson and certificate in the teaching of college sports dance course.Results: After 12 weeks of teaching experiment,using mathematical statistics software,the subjects before and after the experiment test,analysis the results of the study,the results showed: after the experiment,the experimental group students in terms of technical quality,posture,balance,the foot movements and body movements are changed very significantly(P < 0.01);In terms of music interpretation,time-value/drag rhythm,rhythm and music structure changed significantly(P < 0.01).In terms of dance partner technology,the indicators of body communication,overbalance/balance holding/weightlessness,and coherence all changed significantly(P < 0.01);In the aspect of choreography and presentation,the indicators of nonverbal communication(gesture),image-building and skill movements all changed significantly(P < 0.01).The conclusions are as follows:1.According to the teaching experiment results and the analysis of various data,it is feasible to implement the integrated teaching mode of lesson and certificate in the teaching of college sports dance course,and both the integrated teaching mode of lesson and certificate and the traditional teaching mode can effectively improve students' skill level.However,the traditional teaching mode(no unified syllabus,teachers' demonstration and students' imitation)is not as effective as the integrated teaching mode of lesson and certificate.That is to say,in the teaching of dancesport course,the content of the examination of professional qualification certificate is integrated into the ordinary teaching of dancesport course,which not only enables students to master the technical skills of dance,but also improves the overall quality and ability of students to a certain extent.2.With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,the traditional teaching mode has been replaced by some more effective,reasonable and scientific ones.By using different methods,theories and models to carry out detailed argumentation and specific experimental research on physical education,the integrated teaching model of lesson and evidence has more significant promoting effect than the traditional teaching model.3.The integrated teaching mode of course and certificate is the combination of theory and practice.This teaching method runs through the traditional teaching mode and integrates the practical teaching and theoretical teaching,so as to achieve a better completion of a teaching goal and teaching task."student-oriented,teacher-led" and "integration of lesson and certificate" are its two principles and characteristics.4,In sports dance teaching in colleges and universities to implement the integration teaching mode,professional skill training as the core,it is a standard with certificate examination,students not only master the solid dance professional knowledge,and the corresponding professional skills and strong ability of practical work,paved the way for the future work in advance,to increase its own weight.
