The main body participation teaching is the teacher and student, student and student, the mutual communication, the mutual exchange and the common realization life value, the construction meaning of the object of the activity. In this practice, the students take part in the whole process of teaching, including the establishment of the teaching plan, the determination of the teaching objectives, the choice of teaching contents, the arrangement of teaching activities, the operation of teaching and teaching evaluation. At the same time, it also includes the participation of teachers, the participation of students learning activities, the participation of teachers and students, and the participation of the cognitive process. In the system of teaching, teachers and students are all around the students’ learning, the development of students, and students as the main body of learning to participate in learning, to achieve their own development. In the course of teaching, the main body is involved in the process of teaching. It also has a direct influence on the teaching effect. It can be said that this teaching mode is a new challenge to the traditional teaching mode. Because of this, the main body participation teaching mode has been widely concerned, more and more scholars are increasingly involved in the research, the development of this research has a positive effect on the reform of the traditional physical education teaching theory, but also the quality of students in all aspects of the training has a positive sense.This paper selects 60 students from Hebei Media Institute as the object of teaching experiment. The paper uses the method of literature, expert interview, questionnaire survey, teaching experiment and mathematical statistics method:1. The student main body participation teaching mode and the traditional sports teaching to the student’s physical quality can have a positive impact, the experimental group and control group in the student’s physical quality level after the experiment did not show significant difference. That student main body participation teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode can improve the level of students’ physical quality, and no obvious difference.2. After the experiment, the experimental group and control group students of sports skill level has a different degree, in addition to the body posture, the experimental music and rhythm and the ability to partner with significantly better than control group, and present a significant difference; Experimental group movement before and after the experiment skill levels are significantly higher than before the trial, and there are significant differences. That student main body participation teaching model in the aspect of improve the level of sports dance skills is superior to the traditional teaching mode.3. After the experiment, the experimental group students’ cooperation ability and interpersonal communication ability score significantly higher than that of control group, both present a significant difference; Experimental group cooperation ability and interpersonal skills after experiment score were higher than before the trial, and present a significant difference; Explain student main body participation teaching mode is the traditional teaching mode can improve students’ ability to cooperation and exchanges.4. After the experiment, the experimental group students’ interest in sports scores significantly higher than that of control group, showing significant difference; The experimental group before the interest in sports scores than the experiment after experiment obviously improved a lot, and that there was a significant difference between the two explain student main body participation teaching mode is the traditional teaching mode can improve students’ interest in sports more.Through the above analysis concluded that the student main body participation teaching model can effectively improve the level of students’ sports dance skills, cooperation ability, interpersonal skills and students’ interest in physical education learning.
