From the macro perspective of painting,the carrier of national consciousness and cultural consciousness can be embodied in traditional Chinese painting and western painting.Artists resort to national emotion and individual will in their works through creation,and show great differences in the form of expression and the use of painting language.As an artist,he has been trying to express his own painting characteristics and emotional value through different painting methods,that is to say,the emotion finally embodied in the painting is closely related to the author’s own emotion and his understanding of art.Pan Yuliang and Frida are female artists who live in the same era but do not have the same cultural background.Starting from their lives and paintings,this paper makes a comparative study of their artistic creation,forms of expression and contents in different ethnic cultural backgrounds.It is hoped that the analysis of the paintings of female artists can be made from the aspects of historical culture,social background and life experience,and the ethnic consciousness contained in their works can be explored,and the different forms of expression influenced by this consciousness can be explored. |
