The WANGJI is an important etiquette system in ancient Chinese sacrifice rituals and an important issue in the history of traditional studies.By inspecting the relevant records in the traditional Chinese texts, combined with the Bamboo-strip and Manuscript in recent decades, based on the previous research results, this paper makes a comprehensive investigation on the formation, type, sacrifice method and ceremonial festival of the Zhou Dynasty. Many of the issues involved have also been detailed.First of all,the Zhou Dynasty WANGJI and the SHANCHUANJI are different. The target of the WANGJI is usually the famous mountains and rivers, such as the WUYUE,the SIDU and the Yellow River. The person responsible for the sacrifice are often the kings of Zhou and the princes, while the objects of the SHANCHUANJI are In addition to other domestic mountains and rivers, the person responsible For the sacrifice is usually the prince country king.Secondly, the WANGJI includes regular sacrifices and temporary sacrifice. The difference from other ceremonies is that they are usually not held separately, but are coordinated with other ceremonial activities as one of the ceremonial items. The sacrifice method is not only the sacrifices of the relatives, but also the "YAO sacrifices" that are not visited.Once again, the tlree sacrificial methods of WANGJI include the blood ritual, the burial and the floating, due to the difference between the SI WANG and the SHANCHUAN,the mountain usually adopts the method of burying, and the river adopts the method of floating. There is also a need to increase blood sacrifices in addition to the burial and floating.
