There is an unavoidably,trend that education must be implemented in the classroom which lays the foundation for each classroom teaching of all kinds of reforms as well as developments in practice.Furthermore,there is no doubt that classroom teaching matters when it comes to promoting teaching quality and the student's development in all aspects.However,there are mainly two factors making a great difference to the effects of classroom teaching including classroom teaching capability,classroom management ability and to some degree,the latter especially efficient classroom management weighed more.Therefore,in this paper,the author put forward a series of practical strategies of English efficient classroom management in senior school,based on some related theories and literature,to solve the problems that appeared at present in the classroom management on the investigation and interviews made by the author among 300 students and 36 English teachers from Jiangkou Middle School of Zhaoqing in Guangdong province.This thesis mainly covers three aspects: a research on the status quo in the school mentioned above,the analysis of the problems and the reasons,a series of appropriate strategies responding to the problems above.Compared with the former traditional classroom management,it's obvious that efficient classroom management has many advantages in terms of its comprehensive objectives,students-targeted teaching policies,humanistic thoughts towards the students and so forth.However,there still remains a great number of problems such as a lack of differences on the objectives aimed at different students,a lack of inspiration when it comes to the student's discipline about the classroom management,a shortage of fairness of the interaction between the teacher and his students,the time arranged unreasonably in classroom management,the subjects of the classroom management defined ambiguously which could not meet different students' satisfaction,the problems of the classroom environment,imperfect assessment system on classroom management.Based on the problems above and the analysis of them,there are a series of correspondingly strategies so as to achieve the goal of efficient classroom management in different aspects such as implementing the stratified mufti-objective so as to meet different students' requirement and realize the overall teaching goals and classroom management goals,the definition of classroom subjects to develop the students' self-management through group wok,setting up an atmosphere characteristic of English culture to incentive the students' understanding and appreciation of English,the enhancement regulations featuring English classroom to improve the students' discipline,the properly arranged time during which the students can be free of the teacher's control and study by themselves,a reasonable assessment system to lead to the true efficient classroom management.
