During class,English teachers should centre on the construction of effective classroom management,which requires using all kind of teaching resources to coordinate the relationship between the teachers and students effectively,so as to realize the goal.Meanwhile,classroom management and classroom teaching come out together,which exist in the teaching field.According to the implement of the senior high school Curriculum standard of 2016,which Starts to encourage innovation in classroom management,changing the current shortcomings of classroom management.The change of educational curriculum concept drives the change of classroom teaching objectives,academic evaluation system and other aspects,and will inevitably promote the reform of classroom management.Throughout the academic circles at home and abroad,the theoretical and practical exploration and research on classroom management are only exist in the form,and can not really put them in the test of the practise.Taking the international school in Jia Ding district of Shanghai as an example,this paper,by means of questionnaire survey,interview,case study and other research methods,expounds the existing problems in high school English classroom management,such as teaching management,the status of management subject is not clear,physical and psychological environment management,classroom management problems of behavior,etc.And the causes of the problems,putting forward substantive suggestions on how to improve high school English classroom management with the theoretical support of psychology,management,pedagogy,sociology and education ecology.Through the establishment of harmonious teacher-student relationship,creating a friendly classroom atmosphere,people-oriented growth of the classroom model,training students to manage themselves and other ways to achieve the maximum effectiveness of classroom management,promoting the overall development of students.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter includes research background,research purpose and significance,domestic and foreign research review,research ideas and methods.The second chapter includes the definition of classroom teaching management and classroom management and elaborates on the theoretical basis of classroom management.In chapter3,questionnaire,interview and classroom observation methods are used to investigate Jia Ding international school,and the survey results are analyzed in detail.The fourth chapter points out the main problems in classroom management and analyzes the reasons.The fifth chapter,through the establishment of harmonious teacher-student relationship,improving the classroom teaching management,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,suggesting handling of classroom management problems about the students behavior in a reasonable way,so as to achieve people-oriented green growth of the classroom.
