Creation Of Stop-motion Animation Short Films Based On 3D Printing Technology

3D-printing is undoubtedly a very diverse technology,It has influenced a wide range of industries,from healthcare and automobiles to fashion,and also greatly promoted the development and innovation of stop-motion animation.Many stop motion animation works at home and abroad to explore the application of new materials as a breakthrough point to be successful.For example,stop motion animation series "SUPER MANSION",The main character is created by 3D-printing.The sculpted character image is more subtle and vivid.And 3D-printing is not just an innovative way to make the stop-motion animation,but it also has an advantage over the production cycles of the stop-motion animation and the development of derivatives,"SUPER MANSION" uses3D-printing technology,not only to shorten the cycle,but to save production costs,so that the film is expected to be finished.The purpose of this paper is to explore the application of 3D-printing technology in stop-motion animation through practical creation,to look for better methods and new ways in combining them together.More experience will be accumulated after the research and exploration,to improve the production process of traditional stop-motion animation,and maximize the application of 3D-printing in all aspects of the industry.
