Chinese Food Etiquette Culture And Teaching Design For International Students

Chinese diet culture is one of the cultures with distinctive Chinese characteristics,which is closely related to everyone's daily life.The so-called “food is the first necessity of the people”,the “people” here not only refers to Chinese but also foreigners.In the process of eating,we should abide by the etiquette norms of eating and understand the cultural connotation behind the diet.Only in this way can we truly overcome the cultural barriers of communication and achieve smooth and pleasant communication with each other.Diet etiquette refers to the common sense of etiquette at the table during meals.It occupies a very important position in Chinese life order,whether it is the host or the guest,they should master a few Chinese food etiquette and communication rules.Based on the Chinese diet etiquette culture knowledge,this paper takes the senior level students as the teaching object,and analyzes the Chinese cultural thoughts contained in the diet etiquette culture through the elaboration and combing of Chinese diet etiquette culture knowledge.In addition,a questionnaire survey is designed for overseas students about Chinese diet etiquette culture and their interest,understanding and favorite teaching methods are analyzed.The questionnaire survey among foreign students is to explore how to effectively spread Chinese diet etiquette in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.Finally make an instructional design about Chinese diet etiquette culture.
