Comparison Of Diet Culture Between China And South Korea And Teaching Design On Chinese Diet Culture

The Chinese diet culture is an important part of Chinese culture,it is profound,the cuisine,diet habit,dining etiquette,such as easier to attract Korean students interested in,so I chose to these three aspects to study.In this paper,the teaching methods and teaching process of Chinese food culture for Korean students are discussed.Through the comparison of Chinese and Korean food culture,I found,China and South Korea in the classification of cuisine are according to the regional classification,the two countries in the diet has some similarities,but there are also many differences.And from the dining etiquette,there are some similarities and differences between China and South Korea.Based on the similarities and differences of diet culture between China and Korea,this paper for Korean students were questionnaire survey,through investigation and understanding of the Korean students to the Chinese diet culture of basic cognitive,learning needs,points of interest,like teaching mode of basic information.At the end of this paper,combined with the differences between the diet culture between China and Korea and Korean students of Chinese dietetic culture learning interest and learning needs,for Korean students Chinese diet culture thematic teaching design scheme is proposed,respectively from the cuisine,eating habits and dining etiquette three design the teaching method and the teaching process,and the tongue of China,for example the use of image teaching in the Chinese diet culture.In addition,this paper also summarizes the relevant Chinese words and sentences that can be synchronized with the diet culture learning.
