This paper takes music and dance education in membership pension community in Tianjin as the research object.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper studies the effect of music and dance education on healthy aging in membership pension community in Tianjin.The current situation is investigated and analyzed,and the following conclusions are drawn.1.The elders in the membership pension community in Tianjin have certain cultural literacy and generally accept music and dance education,but due to the lack of awareness of music and dance among some male elders,their participation is not high.2.The elderly in the membership-based pension community in Tianjin actively participated in music and dance education as a hobby and received the attention and recognition of most elderly people,which has a positive effect on the development of music and dance education,enriching their old age life and the healthy development of their physical and mental health.3.Teachers of music and dance education in the old-age community with membership system in Tianjin are members of the community and retired music and dance teachers.Relatively speaking,members within the community are better able to understand the interest needs of the elderly and the needs of community activities,but their professional level is relatively low.4.The number of elderly people participating in music and dance education in the membership-based pension community in Tianjin is increasing year by year,with clear teaching objectives,mainly to promote the physical and mental health of the elderly and enrich their lives;the content is rich,which can meet the interests and needs of different elderly people.In addition,participation in music and dance education can be based on their own interests and needs of self-choice,which not only gives the elderly full respect,but also gives the elderly full freedom.In order to further improve the development of music and dance education in the membership-based pension community in Tianjin,this paper mainly puts forward the following suggestions:1.Establish and improve the legal and regulatory system for community old-age services,and learn from and draw lessons from foreign volunteer systems.At present,there is an aging phenomenon in China,and the number of disabled elderly people is gradually increasing.More urgent needs come from the safeguards and preferential policies given by the law to protect these groups in the future life.2.The relevant government of Tianjin has increased funds to build cultural public places and make use of existing places to facilitate the participation of elderly people in music education activities in the community.3.The cultural department should strengthen guidance and publicity.In the course setting up,it should help the elderly’s physical and mental health,promote the scientific development of music and dance education for the elderly,and then truly realize "old to do something".4.Establishing an art practice base in the old people’s music and dance activity points,while promoting the participation of the old people in music and dance education,enhancing the practical experience of College students,providing a platform for the participation of the old people in music and dance education and for college students to exercise.5.Developing long-distance education for the elderly,using various forms to provide more knowledge for the elderly,not only provides a good way for the elderly to learn music and dance,but also makes the elderly aware of the importance of the state and society to themselves,and mobilizes their enthusiasm for learning and living.
