On Impromptu Dance And Creativity Training

Since ancient times,creativity has always been regarded as a gift from God.It seems to be a mysterious thing.This paper argues that since modern times,Freud's psychoanalytic psychology,his subconscious theory and libido concepts are all related to creativity and artistic creation.In psychological circles,really start to creativity for scientific research from 1950 known as the "father" of creativity research,American psychologist guildford,he put forward intelligence structure theory and the concept of divergent thinking is considered to be unveiled for the first time of creativity,its research results is acknowledged as the milestone in creativity research.The "immersive experience" proposed by the later positive psychologist Mihaly Csiro and Gardner's multiple intelligences,the theoretical thoughts of these psychologists are also closely related to artistic creativity and artistic creation.Is affected by this,the author through the impromptu dance lessons during the course of the undergraduate and graduate study and research,found an impromptu dance is as material carrier of free dance,body is thinking in an instant into dance movements to express the inner thoughts of dance,and inspired the author probe capable of impromptu dance moves,as well as the structure of the creators of potential creativity of thinking,the idea of a few psychologists to creativity,cultivate and improve the impromptu dance,has made the full certification and its supplement.Through psychological experiments,it is proved that impromptu dance is an important way and method to release and develop creativity,which is also the latest viewpoint of this paper.Finally,based on the psychological theory,this paper gives some feasible Suggestions on how to improve students' creative ability in the process of impromptu dance teaching.
