A Study Of Swear Words In Mianchi Dialect

Mianchi County,the birthplace of Yangshao Culture,is located in the northwestern part of Henan Province and is part of Sanmenxia City.The Mianchi dialect belongs to the Luoyang piece in the Central Plains Mandarin.At present,the research results of Mianchi dialect are few.This paper investigates and studies through the abusive language of Mianchi dialect,supplements the research results of Mianchi dialect,and provides linguistic data for the study of dialects.The full text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,which briefly introduces the human geography and historical evolution of Mianchi County,the research status of the abusive language,the research status and general situation of phonology of Mianchi dialect,and the research significance and methods of this paper.The second chapter is about the structure type and characteristics of the abusive language of Mianchi dialect.The language units of the abusive language have words,phrases,and sentences.The words are mainly composed of simple words,additional types,and joint structures.In phrases,the modifier-noun,verb-object and conjunction are the main forms.In sentences,single sentences and complex sentences are used.The abusive language of Mianchi dialect is mainly the modifier-noun form,with a short structure and a fixed format.The third chapter is the semantic classification and characteristics of the abusive language of Mianchi dialect.Based on the semantic analysis,the abusive language is divided into five categories,such as the negative trait of human beings,sex.filth and address.And it also introduces the features of its semantics:negative,explicitness and the immediacy of the way of expression.At the same time,this chapter also introduces the differences between the synonymous linguistic units of abusive language,such as the degree of abusive,the object of abusive,the way of expression and so on.The fourth chapter is the pragmatic analysis of the abusive language of Mianchi dialect.The metaphor of the abusive language is mainly by the way of using objects to describe human,based on the similarity between human and the objects,and using the animal,food and other categories as the origin domain to map the human being as the target domain,and then realize the semantic effect of curse.The metonymy in the abusive language is mainly based on a bad trait of the person to represent this person,thus achieving the semantic effect of curse.At the same time,metonymy and metaphor also have an influence on the extended meaning of some of the abusive language of Mianchi dialect.From the perspective of pragmatic function,abusing and venting are the basic functions of the abusive language of Mianchi dialect.However,in some contexts,the function of the abusive language varies,indicating intimacy.From the perspective of the gender difference of pragmatic,the style and frequency of the abusive words are obviously different in Mianchi dialect due to the serious phenomenon of son-preference in Mianchi county.Chapter V Study on the morpheme of the abuse language of Mianchi Dialect.This section briefly introduces several frequently-used abusive words of Mianchi dialect,for example "dan,cai,nang,lou".The conclusion of this paper briefly summarizes the content of the full text and the folk culture embodied therein.
