Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Public Cultural Services In My Country

In the process of comprehensively promoting the overall layout of the "five in one" strategy of socialism with Chinese characteristics,as the soul of cultural construction,the first thing to be solved is whether to meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs,which is also an important yardstick for Chinese people to perceive and measure their happy life.With the proposal of the report on the work of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the further emphasis on the in-depth implementation of the strategy for the revitalization and development of the socialist countryside with Chinese characteristics,along with the continuous and vigorous development of the rural collective economy in China,the rural spiritual and cultural construction still fails to fully synchronize with it,and the situation of the expansion of material and cultural life and the rupture of the rural spiritual and cultural life becomes more and more prominent,Therefore,how to enhance the spiritual and cultural sense of farmers and the masses,and strengthen the concern for humanity,has gradually become the primary concern of China's economic and social issues.This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of rural public culture,focusing on the common problems and reasons.At present,the form of rural public cultural activities in China is monotonous,and the supply and demand of cultural activities are not in accordance with each other.The reason lies in the concept deviation of public service,the different values of both sides,and the disadvantages of the supply system.Based on the analysis of the problems faced by the rural public cultural services in China,this paper focuses on the following aspects: changing the concept of service value,improving the expression mechanism of farmers' cultural demand,optimizing the supply supervision mechanism and other countermeasures,hoping to improve the development of rural public cultural services in China,and also hope to meet the basic public cultural service needs of rural residents We hope thatfarmers can share the fruits of socialist development and gain happiness at the same time,so that the spiritual and cultural life of rural residents will be more colorful,and the rural atmosphere at the grassroots level will be more civilized.According to China's basic national conditions,combined with the current situation of rural society,the development of public cultural services is still a relatively long process,which requires the joint efforts of the government and rural people to truly realize the revitalization of the countryside.
