As an important part of international Chinese education, the Confucius Institute has made outstanding contributions to promoting the mutual communication of all peoples and the construction of a "community of human destiny".Today, with the continuous development of "the Belt and Road",the Confucius Institute has better clarified the distribution of Confucius Institutes in countries along "the Belt and Road" along the route of China, analyzed the basic appearance of its curriculum, and explored the future course development of the Confucius Institute It has different degrees of relevance to the mean value of Confucius Institute curriculum construction and sustainable development, and even the scale design and planning mean of international Chinese education.Based on the overall grasp of the curriculum of the Confucius Institutes in the countries along "the Belt and Road",the advantages and disadvantages of the existing courses are analyzed, and the three dimensions of "development concept","resource technology" and "construction subject" are used for the future. The curriculum construction of national Confucius Institutes along "the Belt and Road" provides useful thinking. This paper comprehensively uses macro-system analysis, global perspective comparison, and database-based research methods to conduct academic research on quantitative subjects. The first step is to extract the curriculum-related data(2007-2018)7564 item of the Confucius Institutes along "the Belt and Road"countries from the "Confucius Institute Dynamic Database",a sub-bank of the"Chinese International Communication Dynamics Database"(17ZDA306),and reconstruct "the Belt and Road" Database of National Confucius Institute Courses along the Line".Secondly,by analyzing the frequency,co-occurrence and development trends, describe the overall layout and curriculum outline of the Confucius Institutes along "the Belt and Road",analyze the types of courses, and explore the advantages and disadvantages of existing courses.Thirdly, combined with the advantages and disadvantages existing in the existing curriculum,it proposes targeted innovation and optimization measures from the aspects of curriculum philosophy, technology and construction. This article is divided into five chapters,Chapter One,Introduction. The second chapter is the development overview and layout optimization of the Confucius Institutes along "the Belt and Road".The third chapter is the scale of Confucius Institute courses along "the Belt and Road".The fourth chapter is the optimization measures of the Confucius Institute courses along "the Belt and Road".Chapter five is the conclusion. This article argues that the distribution of Confucius Institutes along the"Belt and Road" countries has a clear "dual-core drive",that is,Southeast Asia, led by Thailand,is the core of the Confucius Institute on the "Maritime Silk Road",and Central and Eastern Europe, led by Russia,is used as Confucius Institute in the "Silk Road Economic Belt" gathers the core.In the future,it is likely that a new core of the Confucius Institute will be formed in the Persian Gulf region of Western Asia, led by the United Arab Emirates, linking the "Belt"and "One Road",connected by points and lines to form a new situation to build the overall development of the Confucius Institutes along the line. For the first time, this article simulates the curriculum of the Confucius Institutes along the "Belt and Road" as a whole.According to data analysis, the advantages of the curriculum are its wide variety and rich content, which are closely linked to the needs of students. The development concept needs to be further updated. Some Confucius Institute courses are still provisional.Curriculum standards need to be improved urgently.Confucius Institute teaching resources along the line need to take the initiative to carry out technological innovation and dynamic development.Following this, the following suggestions are made.First, make innovations in the concept of curriculum development.Establish the concept of "+ Chinese" development, focusing on the construction of special-purpose Chinese courses;establish a "recognition of credits" in the Confucius Institute's curriculum cooperation system, under the guidance of the regional center, carry out national and regional Confucius Institute curriculum cooperation;Taking the initiative to integrate with the mainstream education system of the host country, curriculum development should undergo a"demand-oriented" "localization" development transformation.Second, innovation in curriculum resource technology.Based on the achievements of the existing educational technology platform, explore the full integration of teaching resource integration platform and artificial intelligence technology, and transform it into an innovative application of the dual teacher paradigm, and finally realize the AI empowerment based on the dynamic database and carry out the two-way linkage between users and the system.Create a new model of intelligent Confucius Institute curriculum development driven by AI.Confucius Institutes in countries along "the Belt and Road" need to take the host country as the main body of construction and actively integrate into the local mainstream education system.Confucius Institutes can use non-governmental organizations such as foundations to provide project-based support to jointly complete the construction of the curriculum system. On the basis of the Confucius Institute Partner Program,we will promote Chinese-funded multinational corporations to participate in curriculum construction in depth and gradually develop into a new model of curriculum construction with the "multi-participation of all parties under the merger of local governments".
