The development history of Chinese characters have a long history,this paper mainly takes the Han dynasty official script as the research object,divides the Han dynasty official script into three parts: the early Han dynasty official script(ancient script),the middle western Han dynasty official script,and the mature Han script.This paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the evolution track and characteristics of Han dynasty official script from the aspects of structure characteristics and writing style,and discusses and summarizes the evolution law on this basis.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction,which mainly expounds the research status of Han dynasty official script,points out the research ideas,research significance and research content of this paper,and summarizes the selected writing materials.Text materials can be divided into three parts,the first part is the MaWangdui silk writing,YinQueshan slips,ZhangJiashan is representative of the early Han dynasty official script(ancient nationalities),the second part is to hide the western Han dynasty bamboo book of Peking University on behalf of the mid-term stage of the western Han dynasty Han nationalities,and the third part is the eastern Han dynasty stone carving material on behalf of the mature stage of the Han nationalities.Based on these text materials,this paper constructs the database,which is attached to the end of the paper in the form of an appendix.The second part studies the structure and style of official script in early Han dynasty.The structural feature is the change of structural composition: the circular lines in seal script are transformed into a straight line or a combination of several straight lines.The characteristics of writing style are as follows: the body is mostly vertical;The style of the pen is indulgent and free,with exaggerated lengthening and bold strokes.The structure is asymmetrical and the form is loose.The third part studies the structure characteristics and writing style of the Han scribe in the middle period of the western Han dynasty.The structural features are as follows: the change of lines into strokes and the structural combination of officialscript(ancient script)in the early Han dynasty.The characteristics of writing style are as follows: the glyph changes from the vertical long body to the flat square body,and most of them take the horizontal potential;Exaggerated lengthening and bold pen shape is not prominent,the word uniform development;In this stage,the font is square and neat,and the text tends to standardized development.The fourth part studies the structure and writing style of the Han scribe in the mature stage.The structural features are as follows: the continuous development of dot painting,the twists and turns of the brushwork,the silkworm head and swallow tail,is a typical mature clerical structure;Structure combination mode tends to be stable.The characteristics of writing style are as follows: the degree of flatness and squareness is further deepened;The vertical potential continued to converge and control,and the horizontal potential was finally established.The fifth part mainly discusses and summarizes the law of the development and evolution of Han dynasty official script,mainly from three aspects: one is about the Han dynasty official script simplified and complex problems,two is about the Han dynasty official script symbolization problems,three is about the Han dynasty official script beautification problems.
