The Philosophical Value Of Confucian Benevolence To Chinese Modern Business Management Theory

Chinese enterprises get a new and rapid development after the reform and opening up,but because of the market economy started late,Chinese enterprises have not yet formed a management theory system adapted to its own national conditions.In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,more and more voices have been put forward to build a modern enterprise management theory system with Chinese characteristics,we should know that since the Western enterprise management theory is transferred to our country,Chinese enterprises have more and more learning and imitation of them,and the western enterprise management theory system has been relatively mature after a hundred years of development,which has a certain positive influence and reference direction for Chinese enterprises "Feeling the Stones across the River" after the reform and opening up.However,with the development of the times and the background of the new era,Chinese management scholars find that some western management theory and the concept of modern enterprise development can not be fit very well,realize that we now need to build a set of modern enterprise management theory system based on the actual situation in China,realize that different countries have different systems,the theoretical ideas are also very different,therefore,the development and improvement of the management theory with Chinese characteristics is very urgent,then,"how to develop and perfect" and "what is rich in Chinese characteristics".It's the first premise we need to think about.Based on this,this paper holds that the construction of a modern enterprise management theory system with Chinese characteristics is inseparable from the excellent history and culture inherited by our Chinese nation over the past five thousand years,in which Confucianism,as an important part of Chinese traditional culture,especially the rich management wisdom contained in Confucianism,plays a fundamental and permeable role in China's enterprise management,and is of great value to enriching and perfecting the theoretical system of modern enterprise management in China.Therefore,the article focuses on the philosophical value ofChinese modern enterprise management theory in view of Confucian benevolence.This paper comprehensively uses the literature research method,the historical analysis method and the interdisciplinary research method,firstly analyzes the main connotation and the time value of Confucian benevolence thought;Secondly,the limitations of western business management theories in philosophical premise and value pursuit are discussed,and the necessity of integrating Chinese Confucian benevolence into modern business management theories is also discussed.Finally from the perspective of management philosophy to explore the value of philosophy,which that benevolence thought to Chinese modern enterprise management theory,its core value is mainly manifested in the booster humanized management mode,improve enterprise management faith and service consciousness,promote the development of economic sharing on these several layers,it is hoped that the thought of benevolence can promote,perfect and supplement the construction of modern enterprise management theory system in China.
