A Study Of Wang Yanqing's Enterprise Management Thought In Modern Henan(1912-1937)

Wang Yanqing(1886-1984),a native of Xinxiang,Henan Province,is a famous patriotic industrialist,a famous figure in the financial circle and a giant of Henan's banking industry.In 1912,Tong he Yu old-style Chinese private bank was founded by investment,devoted to the development of financial industry and modern industrial and commercial enterprises.According to statistics,more than 55 industrial and commercial enterprises have been established.Some of them have formed industry monopoly.So Wang Yanqing is called "father of modern industry in Xinxiang".(1)Not only has it made a great contribution to the development of Xinxiang's modern economy,but also has a tremendous impact on the development of Henan's economy.Although Tong he Yu old-style Chinese private bank,founded by Wang Yanqing,and a series of industrial and commercial enterprises have belonged to history,it is still of great significance for us to review his pioneering process and entrepreneurship.The research on Wang Yanqing's business management thoughts and characteristics in the field of history lacks systematicness and pertinence.On the basis of previous studies,I mainly summarized the main contents of Wang Yanqing's business management thoughts by using the methods of historical research and modern business management,taking business management strategy and personnel management as the breakthrough point,and making progress.This paper summarizes the main characteristics of Wang Yanqing's management thought step by step,and provides some reference for modern enterprise managers.This paper is mainly divided into four parts.The first part outlines the historical background of the development of modern Henan businessmen,so as to pave the way for Wang Yanqing and his entrepreneurship.The second part mainly introduces Wang Yanqing's growth and entrepreneurship process,and combs the business enterprises he founded.The third part mainly uses modern enterprise management methods to analyze Wang Yanqing's business management ideas.The fourth part mainly summarizes the main characteristics of Wang Yanqing's business management thought.Through the analysis and summary of Wang Yanqing's business management thoughts,we can provide reference for today's business managers.
