Confucian Thought And The Modern Enterprise Management

The author integrates the confucianist thought with modem enterprise management through reading of the classic confucianist literature of Pre-Qin days, and the classic principles of Benevolence, Morality, Righteousness and profit, Gold Mean, and Harmony are refined. These principles are explicated and examined from different angles. Their implicatures for economic ethics and management are emphasized. The research proves that modem enterpnses can apply the confucianism of Pre-Qin days in the conception of management and administration, strategic thought, image design, teamwork construction, cultural plan.
