This creation is based on the structural framework of the Tarot card, that is,creating different situations according to the card surface meaning, and the protagonist of the work selects a special contemporary social role to give the Chinese gods and ghosts the appearance of the figure. The Tarot card's image summarizing the laws of human inner activities, together with the national spiritual connotation contained in the legends of Chinese gods and ghosts, will help this creation explore the inner spiritual thoughts of people in various Chinese societies. The Tarot card pays attention to the two aspects of the opposite of things and then integrates the idea of binary unity to promote the creation of secondary works that integrate Eastern mythology and the Western Tarot system. In practice,it combines the painting techniques of Ukiyo-e and Western classical oil painting. It is hoped that the research and practice of the dualistic unity of the Tarot card can also provide an open thinking direction for the creation of mythology in Chinese contemporary art.
