Research On The Development Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Jinan Sports Dance Club

With the development of social economy,people pay more attention to physical quality and spiritual enjoyment,sports dance as an elegant sport is being loved by more and more people.As the main promotion form of sports dance club,its development is facing a good opportunity.Jinan is the capital city of shandong province,a major province in the national art college entrance examination.The dancesport club develops rapidly,but it also faces some problems in the process of rapid development,which restricts the development of the club.This paper investigates the development status of jinan dancesport club by means of literature,interview and questionnaire,analyzes the difficulties faced by the club,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.The research results show that :(1)In the process of development,jinan dancesport club has achieved certain achievements in the aspects of service hardware,membership service,promotion,operation and management,but it also has certain difficulties in development.It is mainly reflected in human resources,finance and brand building.(2)The difficulties in human resources are as follows: managers' management quality needs to be improved;The training of teachers(instructors)is not enough,the human capital investment of the club is insufficient,and the concept of human resource management is in urgent need of updating.The effectiveness of club incentive mechanism is insufficient,and the degree of standardization of human resource management still needs to be improved.(3)The operational difficulties are mainly as follows: financing difficulty and capital shortage hinder its own operation;Financial management concept needs to be updated,financial management system is not sound.(4)The difficulties in brand construction are mainly as follows: managers have weak brand awareness and misunderstanding of brand promotion.Through the integration of difficulties,this paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions for the development difficulties faced by Jinan dancesport club from the following aspects :(1)Improve the management level and increase the training;Rational planning of human resources,improve the recruitment system;Set up performance appraisal system to improve the incentive effect.(2)Improve the financial management level of the managers themselves and make full use of Internet financing means.(3)Establish awareness of brand building and carry out brand building;Multi-directional to improve their service quality.
