The Song Dynasty was the maturity period of the literati tea culture, and the cultural phenomenon of "the radiance of literal and tea".The glory of the tea poetry in the Song Dynasty cannot be separated from the prosperity of tea,and the prosperity of the tea culture in the Song Dynasty cannot be separated from the respect of the writers. After entering the cultural life of the literati, tea is no longer just a daily drink, but contains many humanistic and aesthetic connotations. The maturity of the literati tea culture is closely related to the change of the aesthetic spirit of the Song Dynasty. The aesthetics of the Song Dynasty showed three major changes as a whole: First, the introversion of the literati's aesthetic mentality, which was manifested as a plain and natural personality state and aesthetic pursuit. The second is the secularization of aesthetic objects. The aesthetic style that regards vulgar as elegant makes the literati group put their aesthetic eyes on tea things, and entrusted them with their understanding of world affairs and their pursuit of ideal personality. The third is the relaxation of aesthetic interests. At this time, tea things stood out from daily life and rose to the ranks of literati. They became an important part of literati's artistic life. Many Song literati were not only proficient in tea art,but also widely participated in various tea activities. The tea incident was continuously artistic, refined and refined by the literati in the Song Dynasty. All aspects of the tea incident by the literati were recorded in detail in the tea poetry of the Song Dynasty.Literati tea has a rich aesthetic connotation.Among them, the four most representative characteristics are elegant, peaceful, secluded, and leisurely. The "elegant" of literati tea is manifested in three aspects. The first is the innocent and elegant personality corresponding to the clear bitter tea nature. The second is that drinking tea makes people enter the extraordinary aesthetic world.Third, the taste of tea represents the taste of fresh and elegant literature. The "peaceful" of literati tea is the quietness of the tea tasting environment, the leisure of the aesthetic subject, and the quietness of introspection and wonderful realization. The realm of tea tasting with "taste zen in tea" fully reflects the "peaceful" of literati tea.The "secluded" of literati tea is manifested on the one hand as alienation from the secular world, and on the other hand aspiration for a leisurely life. The "secluded" and "leisurely" of the literati tea are actually connected in essence. They both seek the poetic habitat of the soul and the ontological value of life through an artistic leisure life. The fusion state of "I" and tea determines the level of aesthetic realm when literati taste tea.The literati tea has a triple aesthetic state. In the first state,"I" and tea are two separate subjects and objects. From the perspective of "I","I" understand tea in my view, and pay attention to the role of tea for "I".This is a realm of me,and tea has been stained with the emotion of "me".In the second realm, the boundary between thing and me is eliminated between "I" and tea,and they are combined into one in the aesthetic view. This is a state of selflessness,in which the "I" shows the aesthetic attitude towards tea invisibly. The third realm is the state of ecstasy. When "I" is aware of the essence of tea,I will forget the existence of the "form" of tea.In the process of tea tasting, the aesthetic subject has forgotten the "physical body" and the "individual",which is "obtaining the significance and forgetting the tea".
