Catering Poetry is the poetry takes the catering as the description objects.Song Dynasty is the prosperous era on catering culture.With the development of catering industry and changes of aesthetic trend,scholar-bureaucrat pay special interests on diet,the diet creation is much more than ever before.Song Poets almost all talking about catering,including catering material,process and feelings,they like to show almost everything associated with catering in the poem,and expresses profound emotion.The daily diet description is an important secularization embodiment of the Song poetry,provide our understanding of the Song Dynasty society and literati temperament in a visualized perspective that cannot found in history and annals.The inheritance and innovation of Song poetry creation Compared with the previous generation,the emotion when facing diet,the purse in the artistic performance,the reflections of spirit of the times and cultural characteristics,all above are the important content and concept of this dissertation.This dissertation includes six chapters.There are three parts in chapter 1 to review the Diet Poetry creation before Song Dynasty corresponds to pre-Qin Dynasty(take the Book of Songs and the Songs of Chu as examples),Wei Jin and Six Dynasties and Tang Dynasty,respective.This period includes three slow transitions for Catering Poetry that are from being the background to be the topic,from rites and music culture to personal emotion expression,from empty description of the noble diet to veritable records of scholar-bureaucrat diet.In chapter 2,the culture background of catering Poetry in Song Dynasty is discussed.The frequent flow of talent and the party struggle promoted the development of Diet Poetry in Song Dynasty.Influence of common people culture and pragmatic aesthetic trend is the writing background of Diet Poetry.And the development of the catering industry provides the realistic material foundation for the creation of the Diet Poetry.In chapter 3,the thematic implication of Diet Poetry in Song Dynasty is revealed.Compared with the previous generation,the attitude of the people in Song Dynasty is more correctitude,they have a record of consciousness,showing the realistic tendency in the specific description,which get rid of the previous subordinate status of diet and become a thing is specifically described.They not only have the consciousness to praise the local diet,but also express the missing of their hometown,relatives and friends and feelings to the political and life.In chapter 4,the content is the aesthetic characteristics and artistic expression of the Song Dynasty's Diet Poetry.Song Dynasty people is good at combining diet life,art aesthetics and poetry creation,makes the Song Dynasty Diet Poetry shows the characteristics of beauty,elegance and interest,shows deliberate pursuit of Song Dynasty people to diet aesthetic.The chapter 5 is the case study.Take Mei Yaochen,Su Shi and Lu You as an example,their views on diet and diet charm in poetry is discussed.The chapter 6 explores the relationship between the diet poetry and the culture of Song Dynasty,including the relationship between literati diet and literary views.
