Chinese enterprises, especially the small and medium manufacturing enterprises,are facing much more severe in the market environment than before. First,the customer demand is more personalized and more active. Then surplus productleads to more intense enterprise’s competition. The competition has been involved inthe field of every link of enterprise business activities. In this case, the small andmedium-sized enterprise original traditional marketing mode is difficult to adapt tothe challenge in the new situation. The enterprises must innovate in marketing modeto avoid their own lack of resources. They hope to have an equal competition methodor tool with large enterprises.At present, in the new economic era, the most urgent enterprise mission is to catchup with the tide of network economy and win a tiny space in the networkmarket. The network economy with the network technology is supplementand development of modern economy and it is a major trend in the futureeconomy. Based on this understanding, this paper first defines the definition andcharacteristics of the entire network marketing. Then with HQ company`s reform ofthe whole network marketing model as an example to analyze the internal andexternal condition of the whole network marketing. On the basis of it, the paperpresents the key elements, construction difficulty, construction principle and thestructure for HQ company network marketing. Finally the article summarizes thevarious supporting measures to implement the whole network marketing.this paper putsforward business model based on internet thinking. Traditional marketingchannel combines internet marketing strategy based on PC terminal and micro marketing strategybased on mobile terminal. Using interactive O2O business model makes the small andmedium-sized enterprise enter the new marketing mode. So as to help them to promotecompetitiveness, and the enterprises can create new profit growth point.
