Research On The Training Value Of Modern Dance In Physical Class In Higher Vocational Schools

This article takes the value of modern dance training in the physical class of higher vocational schools as an angle of view,using practical methods and table analysis methods to use the ballet training,classical dance training and modern dance training for the body training,center of gravity training,jumping training and posture training.Methods were compared,focusing on the value of modern dance training in physical class,and further realized that modern dance training in physical class improved the physical and mental coordination of students in vocational schools,respected the psychological characteristics of students in higher vocational schools,and cultivated students' creativity.To pave the way for students to enter the society in the future.
