John Sebastian Bach was born in Germany and was one of the most important composers in the history of Western music in the Baroque period.During his lifetime serving religion,he dabbled in a variety of instrumental and vocal genres.Religious cantata was the most important one of his vocal genres.This article takes the representative religious cantata soprano aria "I am satisfied in suffering" as the research object,and analyzes and studies the background,creation background,music and text,singing skills and vocal art value Later,I deeply realized the artistic value of Bach's vocal works.
