As one of the most important forms of homework,after class practice has never been a small problem in the field of education.How to design a new type of after-school practice task which is closely related to students' life,so as to attract learners to actively participate in the after-school practice activities and consolidate the teaching task will become a hot issue in the second phase of curriculum reform of Shanghai.The researchers conducted a questionnaire survey on the traditional after-school exercises among fifth grade students in D primary school in Pudong New Area of Shanghai.The following:(1)most of the problems are found in the practice of recitation.(2)The form of practice is single and mainly written in writing.This kind of practice is boring and boring,and it cannot take into account the multi-faceted ability training function of listening,speaking,reading and writing.(3)Some exercises(especially some oral exercises)are lack of necessary objective evaluation,which leads to the neglect of these exercises by students.(4)Most of the exercises are arranged in a unified way in the whole class,which makes the difficulty of the exercises unable to meet the different needs of children at different levels.(5)At the end of each class,the form of practice is roughly the same,and there is no more targeted adjustment according to different tasks in different classes.Various phenomena show that the traditional practice design has been unable to meet the increasingly perfect and rapid development of the new classroom teaching mode,new practice design reform is imminent,after-school learning task list came into being.Based on a relatively new form of post-school practice design in primary school English learning period,the researcher collects typical cases of different after-school learning task lists according to different class types,and analyzes some characteristics of the after-school learning task list: each exercise list is tailored according to the class task and closely adheres to the class goal and exercise list.There are various forms,covering many aspects and so on.These characteristics will make up for the deficiency of traditional after-school exercises to a certain extent.The researcher also found that the design of the after-school learning task list is the key link to ensure the quality of the after-school learning task list after the normal practice and use of the class.First of all,effective teaching and research activities may be used in enriching the teachers' own design practice experience,and improving the actual quality of practice design by the integration of new and old teachers.Second,we need to help students better consolidate knowledge and improve learning efficiency from the form and content of further refining and enriching exercise design,Third,we should pay attention to the role of evaluation in promoting learners' practice.At the same time,we should implement effective evaluation and pay attention to guide children's development in practice.
