Research On The Work Of Detention Centers Under The Background Of The New Criminal Procedure Law

The implementation of the new criminal procedure law to make the detention center work faces new challenges,but also to the detention center work put forward higher requirements.Therefore,it is important to study the detention center under the new criminal procedure law,and to carry out special investigation on the implementation of the relevant provisions of the new criminal procedure law.Through investigation and research,the author is to sum up the work experience,find the existing problems,propose solutions,promote the new criminal procedure law,and further promote the work of the detention center standardization,legalization and institutionalization.The subject of this thesis is the research of the detention center under the new criminal procedure law--take J province as an example,mainly consists of three parts:the first part,the research on the new criminal procedure law and the basic situation of the detention center,the concept,nature,historical development,the new criminal procedure law of the detention center,the new criminal procedure law,and the functions of the detention center.In the second part,we study the influence of the new criminal procedure law on the detention center,and elaborate the influence of the new criminal procedure law on the protection of human rights,the legal aid system,the supervision and restriction of the investigation and the change of the detention.the main status of the new criminal procedure law in the J provincial detention center is described,and the working methods and experiences of the province in the relevant areas are summarized.The third part,through the empirical research to get the relevant data,case,analysis of the detention center of the new criminal procedure law encountered problems and reasons,the research put forward the relevant suggestions.
