The Whole Story Of "Kong's Family Appreciation

The case of Kong's lineage etiquette is a very famous case in the history of ancient Chinese law,this case contributes an important significance to research on not only the understanding of ritual system and its practice in ancient China but also the relationship between the empire and the Confucian official residence,and the history of law itself as well.But senior scholars try to restore history mainly by research on archives of the mansion of Kong.Since those archives are not so complete(for the purposes of this study itself only),and the lack of academic accomplishment,they failed to achieve the mystery of this case.So,mainly rely on the information of the first historical archives of China,this paper try to make a more systematic and more whole historical reconstruction of this case by the way of historical anthropology that combine field research and literature.It includes occurrence,treatment process and results of this case.Then,different from senior scholars' achievements,this paper adds some factors beyond the case itself,corrects some of their mistakes.
