Research On The Status Quo, Problems And Countermeasures Of Grassroots Ideological Work

Ideology is about the feelings of the people and state power,and it is an important part of superstructure of all the social formation.Ideology plays a more important role in current society and party government.As for government management,the construction of harmonious and perfect main ideology which conforms to the trend of social development has an extraordinary effect on improving the management capacity of government.As an important part of party government and social governance,ideology work gets more and more attention from educational circles in the study of public administration and social governance.Especially in current times,the county-level is the basic and first-tier of governmental hierarchy,and its steadiness as well as feelings of people plays a more important role is national stability.However,county-level ideology work is always at the bottom of overall work,facing great challenges and pressure;so county-level ideology work should be an important part of our study about public governance and ideology work,which needs more attention and investment.This article is established in the challenges and chances under the new social governance form,starting from the rules of ideology work and chooses JN county,take qualitative and quantitative research,such as document research,field research,questionnaire survey and multidisciplinary cross,deeply analyse and summarize the problems in basic-level ideology work and basic-level practice,and offer proposals for how to do basic-level ideology work.Mainly divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research value and research methods,and introduces the related results in the current researching field.The second part is mainly reflected in the second and the third chapter,analyzing the main problems of the ideological work at the grassroots level and analyzing its deep-seated reasons.It points out several performances,such as the current Marxism’s popularity rate in rural country area is low,the value of faith,ideal are blurred and faded.The spread of feudal superstition in some areas has become the obvious resistance to the construction of mainstream ideology,the popularization and application of media brings unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the ideological work at the grassroots level etc..And analyzed the highlight and interwoven of all kinds of social contradictions at the grassroots level in the period of social transformation period according to that and weakened the social identity of the mainstream ideology;Interpretation of the theory is not enough,the grassroots people’s acceptance of mainstream ideology is not enough;The hammer that impact of foreign ideas and values bring on the common people’s thinking;The traditional local ethnic culture is not been fully protected during the cultural exchange and integration;The information network brings challenges to the ideological work at the grass roots level.The third part is the fourth chapter,mainly using JN County of Yunnan as an example,analysing its innovative initiatives and achievements carried out in theory,the typical shape,and the use of new media,public opinion and cultural construction to strengthen grass-roots ideological work.The fourth part is the fifth chapter,to further study in JN County,based on lessons learned from JN Country,combined with the local reality and the author’s own understanding.This paper puts forward the countermeasures of strengthening the ideological work at the grassroots level from five aspects:the construction of the position,the management of the Internet,the construction of the public service system,the linkage of information and the construction of the ranks.
