Research On The Rights Protection Of College Trade Unions In Accordance With The Law In The New Era

Trade union is the mass organization under the leadership of the Party committee of colleges and universities.It is both the bridge and link between the school party committee and faculty and the defender and representative of the faculty's legal rights and fundamental interests.However,under the new period,college and university trade unions' rights defending work has a lot of difficulties and challenges,e.g.the imperfection of the system of trade union's rights defending,the lack of legal support for rights protection work,the irrationality of the structure of the trade unions,the Party committee's guidance on the work of rights protection in colleges and universities is weak and so on.In order to enable the trade unions in the socialist political and economic transition period to play the advantages of their own rights work better,this paper puts forward some countermeasures from perfecting the system of safeguarding the rights of trade unions and innovating the methods of rights work through the analysis of several problems in the rights work of trade unions in colleges and universities.The first part of the article is the introduction,which is mainly on the work of the rights of colleges and universities,the rights of China's trade unions,the status quo of trade unions at home and abroad,and to do a personal summary.The second part introduces the historical evolution and function change of trade unions before and after the reform and opening up,and the final establishment of trade union functions in colleges and universities.The third part introduces the scope and means of the work of safeguarding the rights from the aspects of the rights protection of faculty meeting system,the protection of labor and economic rights of college workers.The fourth part is the introduction of the legal basis of the rights work of the trade unions in colleges and universities.The fifth part lists several cases of the rights protection in colleges and universities,and analyzes the causes of the plight of the rights of colleges and universities from the cases.The sixth part,through analyzing the causes of the rights protection of trade unions in colleges and universities,puts forward the recommendations and opinions of improving the rights work and the implementation.
