Oilfield enterprises is an important part of our social economy,play a considerable role to our country economic development,the enterprise trade union is under the socialist market economy important force in the establishment of harmonious labor relations,labor union as the party and worker masses of Bridges and links to the government,is the most important organization form of the grass-roots staff it can not only protect the legitimate interests of the employees,to establish a stable and harmonious labor relations,also for the sustainable development of the enterprise plays a considerable role.Nowadays,the social environment of enterprises has changed dramatically,and the labor relations within enterprises have also changed dramatically.In the new era,although the management of oilfield labor union has formed a scale and developed rapidly,there are still some problems in the management of trade union.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study how to change the status quo of trade unions and improve the management level of trade unions for the sustainable development of enterprises.Closely around these problems,this article embarks from the actual,trying to daqing CJ company as an example to the union management do system analysis,first introduced the union concept and the nature,development course,organization system and the correlative concept as the research basis,detailed the content of management of trade union work,introduce the daqing CJ company profile and the management status of trade unions,carefully designed questionnaire,sampling,meticulously detailed summarizes the results of the survey and analysis about the present situation of survey results,from the trade union cadre management,trade union rights management,democracy and women work management,use and management of funds,with the orientation of the problems existing in the enterprise itself,Starting from the actual work experience of their own,deeply analyze the problems existing in the trade union work,and improve the cadre management system,deepen the function of safeguarding rights,carry out democratic management of the new situation and improve the system of funding and corresponding countermeasures,so that the trade union work really play its proper role,improve the level of job of oilfield enterprises.
