Research On The Financing Dilemma Of Non-profit Organizations

In recent years,non-profit organizations in China have developed rapidly.As the third sector outside the government and market,they have played an important social function and have become more influential to society.However,some problems have arisen in the development of non-profit organizations.These problems have hindered their development.In particular,the issue of financing has a serious impact on the development of non-profit organizations themselves,and is not conducive to the organization of social functions.Therefore,it is necessary to study the difficulties of financing for non-profit organizations.This article first introduces the research background and significance of the article,as well as the research status at home and abroad,and introduces the features and functions of the non-profit organization.Secondly,through the case analysis,the details of the S organization's funding situation.Again,the dilemma of financing of non-profit organizations in China and its causes are analyzed.Finally,it analyzes the necessity of financing for non-profit organization and puts forward proposals to solve the difficult situation of non-profit organization financing.This paper analyzes the impact of internal and external factors on the financing of non-profit organizations.These include factors such as the capabilities of non-profit organizations,the quality of funding environment,government support,public awareness of non-profit organizations,and public income levels.According to the analysis of the causes of the financing difficulties of non-profit organizations and the analysis of the S organization case,this paper makes some suggestions.First,the government is the main provider of non-profit organization funds.Second,non-profit organizations must choose the right financing strategy,innovate the financing model,and raise resources through various means.After all,non-profit organizations must strengthen their own development,establish a good organizational image,and gain social recognition.Finally,non-profit organizations should seize government resources and receive support from government funds and policies.Through the above methods,project funds are raised for non-profit organizations to overcome the financing difficulties of the organization.
