In June 2014,The Islamic State was established,which launched terrorist attacks on a global scale,pushed the terrorist activities to a new climax.It is posing a threat to the global security.In recent years,The Islamic State still continuously carry out propaganda and infiltration in Central Asia.The influence on Central Asia has already existed.Recently,under the strong blow of the international community,The Islamic State has been transformed from a semi-military new terrorist organization into a traditional and conventional terrorist organization.Although The Islamic State has been greatly weakened,the impact on international security still exists.For example,its focus may turn to the web,backflow and transfer of militants,and long-term influence on people's ideology.This article attempts to sort out and analyze the development and influence of the Islamic state in the five nation-state in Central Asia,and analyzes its future trends and security risks.In 2013,President Xi Jinping visited Kazakhstan and delivered a speech on the"Silk Road Economic Belt" at the Nazarbayev University.China and Central Asia are all at the core.The construction of the Silk Road Economic Zone Belt has become the common concern of China and Central Asia.The Silk Road Economic Belt has three international channels,respectively is:China,Central Asia,Russia to Europe(Baltic Sea);China,Central Asia,West Asia to the Persian Gulf and the Mediterranean;China,Southeast Asia,South Asia,the Indian Ocean.It can be seen that the important position of Central Asia in the Silk Road Economic Belt.The change of the security situation in Central Asia will bring great impact on the Silk Road Economic Belt.The penetration of The Islamic State to Central Asia caused a great threat to economy,politics,security of these countries.In addition,Xinjiang is adjacent to Central Asia.Not only does it have a large population of ethnic people who believe in Islam,but it also has a large number of transnational ethnic groups with Central Asian.The communication of them is very close.The penetration of The Islamic State in Central Asia will influence the security situation of Xinjiang.If it colludes with the Three Forces and Hizb-e Tahrir and other religious extremes in Xinjiang,it will be a great threat to China's security.Therefore,the study of the development of The Islamic State and its influence to Central Asia is necessary.The first chapter of the paper is the rise of The Islamic State.It main introduces the origin and evolution of The Islamic State.First of all,I will introduce the origin and evolution of The Islamic State and make a systematic combing of it.Then I will analyze the internal and external factors of the rise of The Islamic State.At last,I will sum up the characteristics of the organization and analyzes its difference with the al-Qaeda.I will take the al-Qaeda as an example to compare the advantages of The Islamic State with the past terrorist extremist organizations.The second chapter summarizes the organization structure of The Islamic State,including its organization,military strategy and internal management.The third chapter introduces the influence of The Islamic State on the nation-state of Central Asia.This chapter detail analyzes the ethnic and religious situation in Central Asia,the social and economic situation,the status quo of extremism and terrorism,the trend of The Islamic State in Central Asia and the influence to Central Asia.The third chapter is the key one of the paper,through the analysis of the specific situation in Central Asia,trying to put forward the measures that should be taken to defend the penetration of The Islamic State.On this basis,I will try to propose what kind of measures should be taken to defense and resist the penetration in China of The Islamic State.
