Research On The Effectiveness Of The Inspection And Investigation Work Of The Township Discipline Inspection And Supervision Organization

Township discipline inspection and supervision organizations stand in the first line of the issue of defense against corruption,as well as the backbone and solid foundation for the construction of promoting ethical clean party and government,and anti-corruption work.The review investigation work of the township discipline inspection and supervision organization is directly related to the party members and the masses at the grass-roots level.The problems they must deal with are also the issues most concerned by the party members and the masses.The efficiency of their work affects the effectiveness of the construction of promoting ethical clean party and government and anti-corruption work,which directly affect people's recognition and trust degree in the work of the party and the government.This paper first explained the background of township discipline inspection and supervision organizations.Then it introduced the basis and system for the review investigation work of township discipline inspection and supervision organizations.And that include the changes in the political status of discipline inspection and supervision organizations before and after the national supervision system reform,the definition of township discipline inspection and supervision organizations,and the concept of review investigation work.The discipline inspection and supervision organization reviews the legal basis and theoretical basis of the review investigation work,that is,regarding the review investigation work as one of organizational effectiveness,which can be evaluated from the four dimensions of "capability,resources,process,and interests".In addition,when analyzing the factors that influence the organizational effectiveness,we adopt to study and analyze the relationship between organizational structure,member behavior and organizational effectiveness.Through the process of the study,we took J town in Jingjiang City as an example.The status quo of the review investigation work of the discipline inspection and supervision organization of J town was elaborated from the aspects of basic situation and status analysis.Based on this factor,the effectiveness theory was used to evaluate the efficiency of township discipline inspection and supervision organizations from the aspects of "capability,resources,process,and interests".Besides,we analyzed the factors affecting their efficiency from the aspects of organizational structure and members' behavior.Finally,we raise the efficiency of countermeasures and suggestions in four aspects:improving the ability to the review investigation work,broadening sources of case clues,eliminating obstacles in the process of review investigation work,and improving the satisfaction of stakeholders.
