Research On The Efficiency Improvement Of Township Discipline Inspection And Supervision Organizations In Changle District Of Fuzhou City

The municipal discipline inspection and supervisory institutions play a very important role in the generalstrict governance of the Party.Relying on the solid implementation of the discipline inspection committee’s supervision,all party members and cadres can better improve their initial understanding and help the majority of party members and cadres to fulfill their own mission.The township grassroots government is the ruling foundation and battleground of our party and government.Whether the township government can implement the work of governing the party in a strict and meticulous manner and ensure the political ecology in its jurisdiction is clean and upright is directly related to the governance effectiveness of the grassroots government.As the specialized supervision organ of the township party committee and government,the work effectiveness of the township discipline inspection and supervision institutions directly affects whether the grassroots governmentmaintain integrity,authority and efficiency.At the same time,the working efficiency of the municipal disciplinary inspection and supervisory institutions is closely linked to the confidence of the masses in the party members and cadres of the grassroots party,the stability of the petition at the grassroots level and the long-term stability of the country.Therefore,It is extremely urgent to ascertain the working status of municipal disciplinary and supervisory institutions,propose targeted countermeasures;further optimising the work efficiency of municipal disciplinary inspection and supervisory institutions,better exercise the supervisory role of municipal inspection and supervisory institutions;promoting the high-quality development of municipal disciplinary inspection and supervisory institutions;and promote themodernization of grass-roots social governance.This article takes the disciplinary inspection and supervisory institution in Wenling Town,Changle Districts as an example,using the methods of literature analysis,case study,comparative analysis and other methods,combined with the author’s own work experience to analyze the current situation of supervision of the township disciplinary inspection commission,Discipline enforcement,accountability and identification of existingshortcomings,deeply analyze the reasons for the shortcomings,and finally propose corresponding Countermeasures.The study found that the team of the Township discipline inspection and supervision institutions needs to be optimized,there is a lack of supervision over Party committees at the same level,supervision work is offside,and case handling is misplaced.At the same time,there are problems of insufficient capacity in handling problem clues and preventing disciplinary violations.The reasons for the analysis are as follows: 1.The control and supervisory institutions of urban discipline depend to some extent on party committees at the same level.2.The oversight mechanism of the Township discipline inspection and supervisory institutions is not sound;3.The responsibilities of the inspection and oversight cadres of the Township discipline are not clearly defined;4.The Township discipline inspection and supervisory cadre team is missing professionallytalents and has frequent personnel turnover.According to the above research findings,in order to strengthen the working capacity of the disciplinary and supervisory institutions of the community,we should do the following:1.Improvement of the dual management system;andmechanism,and strengthen the supervision of the party committees at the same level;2.Establish the trainingsystem of substituting cases for training,and increase the practical experience of discipline inspection andsupervision cadres in villages and towns;3.Strengthen theoretical study and professional training,and Strengthening the theoretical level and professional skills of the Township discipline inspection and supervision framework;4.Strengthening the team building of Township Discipline Inspection and Supervision Frameworks and building an Iron Army of Township Discipline Inspection and Supervision Frameworks;5.Creation of a three-dimensionalsupervision system suitable for the actual situation of the township,and promote the construction of a cleanand honest government in depth.
