Research On The Support Of Ideological And Political Education To The Construction Of Socialist Rule Of Law

Our country is going on the great practice of socialist legal construction currently.The establishment of a socialist country under the rule of law is not only an inevitable requirement of socialist democracy,but also a dream of the Chinese nation for many years.It signals that China is striding toward the era of "rule of law" with firm convictions and steps.However,the establishment of a society ruled by law is not an isolated activity but an overall process.This practice can not be without such support from the economic,political and cultural sides,and ideological and political education,of course,should also shoulder its important mission of the times.As a realistic movement process of good law,the construction of the socialist legal system in our country can not smoothly carry on without the strong support from the ideological and political education at the level of values and codes of conduct.The characteristics of ideological and political education itself also show that it can do something in this process.Both of these logically constitute the main basis for ideological and political education in supporting the construction of the socialist legal system.The support for the rule of law in ideological and political education is manifested in the following aspects:Firstly,it demonstrates the justice of the rule of law in our country from the macroscopic point of view,and secondly,it provides concrete support for the lawful operation of the law,that is,it provides rational content for the creation of good law content,and providing value norms and codes of conduct for the application of law and at the same time providing support for the establishment of citizens' law-abiding awareness and law-abiding ethics.In addition,how can ideological and political education play its due role in the construction of the rule of law and how to truly become a powerful support force for the construction of the contemporary rule of law?This problem cannot be solved without the educator starting from the ideological and political education itself.The concept of education,enrichment of educational content,optimization of educational methods and other perspectives began to help citizens establish a correct concept of the rule of law,enhance citizens' legal judgments,and then form the concept of the rule of law in society as a whole.In the process of carrying out ideological and political education activities,it is necessary to focus on the attractiveness of educational content as well as the diversity of educational methods,and to adopt targeted education and guidance measures to provide concrete and targeted support for the ongoing construction of the rule of law in our country.
