Research On The Influence Of Ethnic And Religious Factors On The Local Integration Of Tourist Labor Immigration

Modernity,urbanization and all kinds of salient features have been derived from modern society in the wave of globalization,along with the progress of science and technology,the development of social economy,the accelerating diffusion of cultural influence,etc.At the same time,Social inequality,deteriorating environment,aging population,rapid population movement and other phenomena are frequent.By reviewing this,the meaning and value system of people inhabiting in modern society is also changing rapidly--it is necessary to negotiate,adjust and reconstruct in the social relation and way of life.In this background,the phenomenon of population migration induced by has become an unavoidable theory and research practice.Gradually,ethnic,religious,and immigration has gradually become the core of the social and cultural geography educational world attention,and under the background of globalization,how to make success of migrants into a "new place",this thesis need further whether in theory or in practice level.Therefore,this study proposed by tourism labor migrants in the ethnic religious tourism community,preliminary to clarify the theoretical system about immigrant groups how to integration in the "new place",intended to make sure the following questions:(1)The level and dimensions of place integration of tourism labor migrants in the ethnic religious tourism community.(2)What is the detailed structure of the place integration of tourism labor migrants in the ethnic religious tourism community?(3)What is the influence of ethnic and religious factors on the place integration of tourism labor migrants in the ethnic religious tourism community?Relying on "Study on place integration of tourism immigrants in ethnic and religious communities in the typical cities of western China" of national natural science foundation of China.On the basis of relevant theories,this paper discusses the influence mechanism of ethnic and religious factors on the place integration of tourism labor migrants from the perspective of social cultural geography.The research process and the technical route are as follows:Firstly,based on the literature research,the structure of place integration is defined,and the dimension division of place integration is discussed theoretically;Based on this,the influence model of ethnic and religious factors on the place integration of tourism labor migrants is constructed.The model consists of six variables:ethnic factors,religious factors,economic integration,spatial integration,social integration and emotional integration,and the author proposed research hypothesis.Based on the data obtained,the measurement scale of the influence of ethnic and religious factors on place integration was prepared.Then the hypothesis was tested by the structural equation model through the test of the questionnaire.Through empirically analysis,the specific conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Economic integration,spatial integration,social integration and emotional integration are the basic components of the integration framework of tourism labor migrants.Among them,economic integration is the most superficial level of place integration of tourism labor migrants.Spatial integration is a kind of spatial perception experience in the place integration of tourism labor migrants group.The social integration is also the core of the tourism labor migrants group.Emotional integration is the most profound concept of place integration into each dimension.The research results show that Xi'an Hui community tourism labor migrants' place integration at medium to high levels,and different levels has certain differences,including the economic integration into the highest degree and the emotional integration into the lowest levels.(2)The tourism labor migrants has a higher degree of ethnic and religious identity(M ?=6.07,M ?=6.18),among them,the religious identity has the higher level.It also shows from the side to search about Xi'an Hui community tourism labor migrants,ethnic and religious factors impact on its place integration into the feasibility and importance.(3)The ethnic and religious factors have a significant influence on the place integration of tourism labor migrants(y=0.65,p<0.001).Among them,the ethnic factors has a significant influence to the spatial integration(y= 0.28,p = 0.018<0.05),the religious factors has a significant influence to the economic integration(y= 0.37,p<0.001),social integration(?= 0.30,p = 0.020<0.05),and emotional integration(y= 0.11,p = 0.036<0.05).In conclusion,this study through theoretical construction and empirical analy sis concluded tourism labor migrants' basic composition structure of place integra tion,and discusses the mechanism of ethnic and religious factors influence on to urism labor migrants' place integration.Theoretically:(1)Put forward and exami nes the four-dimensional structure of place integration of tourism labor migrants--economic integration,spatial integration,social integration and emotional integra tion,partly in response to the place integration and tourism migrants' theory ext ension and development needs.(2)There is an obvious diachronic progressive de velopment feature of tourism labor migrants' place integration,that is "economic-spatial-social-emotional".(3)It also proves that religious factors have a more co mprehensive and in-depth impact on the place integration of tourism labor migra nts,and it could provide an important theoretical reference for the study of the detailed relationship.Practically:(1)Provide practical reference for the establishm ent of the level evaluation system and the promotion measures for the place inte gration of ethnic and religious tourism communities.(2)Promote the process of urbanization in ethnic areas and the development of poverty alleviation,in additi on,the study could also protect the characteristics of ethnic minorities.(3)Help the harmonious development of ethnic and religious relations.
