Support Research On The Economic And Social Development Of Ethnic Groups With Small Populations

There are 28 small ethnic groups in China accounting for half of China's 56 nationalities.These 28 ethnic groups play an irreplaceable role in the development and social progress of the country.The diversity of the traditional culture is also indispensable to the construction of the spiritual homes shared by all ethnic groups in our country.The Party and the State put forward the policy of supporting the development of ethnic groups with small populations.In the period from "Eleventh Five-Year" to "Thirteenth Five-Year",the Plan for Supporting the Development of Small Group Ethnics has been proposed successively.We should take the support for the development of ethnic group with a small population as a major event in our national work and also regard it as a major event in building a well-to-do society in an all-round way.It is very important to the well-being of the people of all ethnic groups as well as the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the measures,achievements,problems and problems in the economic and social development of the minority Daur and Ewenki ethnic groups in A rong Qi Yin he Daur Ewenk Township.And then combine the specific situation of the Ewenke national township of Yin he Daur with the related country policies to put forward some suggestions.The author chose literature methods and field investigate methods to analyze the measures and achievements of the ethnic minority township of Daheer Ewenki in supporting of the development ofthe less populous nation in recent years.This thesis is composed of four parts,they are: the historical evolution and distribution of small ethnic group in Yin he Township,the achievements and difficulties of supporting the development of small ethnic groups in Yin he Township,analysis of key tasks in supporting the development of small ethnic groups in Yin he Township and last specific proposals to support the development of ethnic groups with a small population in Yin he Township.The author believes that in order to make the development of ethnic minorities in Yin he Township with more vigorous and implementing the policies to support the development of small ethnic groups,we should take the endogenous power of improving development as the top priority.And this is the long term solution.The poverty alleviation in Yin he Township should have a holistic view and be promoted in an integrated manner with emphasis on creating a good social atmosphere in the ethnic townships.While realizing the economic development of the less populated ethnic groups and the masses to get rid of poverty it is also necessary to realize the continuity of the development of ethnic cultural undertakings in the rural area of Yin he.We must combine the innovative forms with the reality in order to more fully implement the policy of supporting the development of ethnic groups with a small population.We must fully mobilize all forces of all parties to inherit and develop the national culture and establish a professional talent team with the core of the national culture inheritors.
