College student village official plans to begin from 2008,passed 10 years,these 10 years,under the correct leadership of the central,relying on the party committees at all levels and the organization department of guidance and help,college students' village officials work steady development,has trained many excellent cadres reserve talented person and the backbone,to rural revitalization of the implementation of the strategy to provide talent guarantee.College student village official incentive system is the important content of college student village official plans,in strengthen the university student village officer sense of responsibility and mission,improve work efficiency,reduce the turnover rate,etc.,all play an important role.This article selects ninglang county of yunnan province college student village official as the research object,with herzberg's two-factor theory as theoretical basis of research,from two aspects of health care,incentive,analyses the factors influencing university student village official incentive effect in national regions,and combining with literature research,questionnaire survey method to collect the relevant data of information,analyzes the incentive problems of the region,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.The thesis is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which briefly explains the background,significance,literature review,research methods and framework of this paper and the innovation of this paper.The second part is based on herzberg's two-factor theory Angle of view,from the prospects of the development of college student village official,village official role positioning of the individual,salary,personal care,incentives,such as growth and its value of two aspects,analyzes the influence factors of university student village official incentive effect.The third part is to explore the various factors influencing the university student village official incentive effect,on the basis of ninglang county in yunnan province university student village official incentive system analysis,the actual effect of college student village official's salary,performance appraisal,personal growth and development prospects of investigation.The fourth part is based on the theory of double factors,the current incentive failure problems of ninglang county were discussed and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,for ninglang county college student village officials to build a post,performance incentives,incentives effective incentive mechanism.
