Research On The Integrity Risk Management System Of A Company Based On Corporate Strategy

The quality of power grid equipment has always been a major reason for the occurrence of power grid accidents.As the executing agency of power grid equipment quality inspection work,it shoulders the mission of ensuring the safe and stable operation of power grid,but corruption is frequent in the field of power equipment quality inspection.In order to effectively curb corruption in this field,this paper is based on the theory and application of risk management,taking A company as the research object,based on the empirical analysis and risk management situation,finds the existing problems in risk management organization structure,risk management and operation mechanism,which has not yet formed a complete set of clean,virtuous cycle of risk management system.In order to solve these problems,combined with the A company's situation,the paper forms A company's integrity risk management system based on enterprise risk management strategy,starting from the A company's mission and strategic perspective,adopting the overall risk management and PDCA cycle management theory.The system uses with a new perspective to strengthen impact of corporate strategy on the integrity risk management,which is dynamic,all-round,the whole process.In order to promote the implementation of the system,this paper develops a A company's implementation plan of risk management system based on corporate strategy,adopting the idea of PDCA cycle theory,which explains from the planning stage,doing stage,checking stage and action stage.The paper identifies,analyzes and evaluates risks that may exist in A company's business field,and forms a clean risk repository.Finally,it forms a complete,dynamic and benign risk prevention and control mechanism.These research results can help A company significantly enhance the competitiveness of equipment inspection services,promote sustainable and healthy development of enterprises,provide guarantee for achieving the strategic goals of enterprises,and provide practical reference for other enterprises.The integrity risk management system and implementation plan based on enterprise strategy not only deepened the risk management theory,but also enriched the category of integrity prevention and control mechanism,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
