Research On The Changes In The State Of The Western Han Dynasty (221 BC-87 BC)

The state form is the structure that the state power presents in the operation,and the sum of various relations.In the Western Han Dynasty,the state form was the state form of imperial power--the state form of the coexistence of princes and princes and the state form of imperial autocracy.The thesis takes the three basic elements of imperial power,princely power,and(peasant)society as the fulcrum,and the relationship between imperial power and(peasant)society,princely kingship,and(peasant)society and imperial power--princely kingship and(peasant)society.Based on the relationship,This paper analyzes the evolution of the form of imperial autocracy in the late Qin Dynasty to the re-establishment of the imperial autocracy of Han Wudi.The state form of the Qin Dynasty was an autocratic state form of imperial power.After the collapse of the imperial power of the Qin Dynasty,the imperial power of the early Han Dynasty lacked control over the local(peasant)social,tax,and military forces.The state needed to empower local princes to achieve the purpose of managing(peasant)social and military forces.The princes ’royal power assumed this responsibility to a certain extent,and the imperial power,the form of the princes’ royal power,was formed.With the further development of imperial power,the state form of the coexistence of princes and princes,the state needs to take various measures to weaken the power of the princes and kings.Because of the alienation of blood,the economic and military strength is constantly strong,directly threatening the rule of imperial power.So cut out the different surnames Wang Fengfeng with the same surname Wang to consolidate the imperial power.The same surname Wang firmly controls(peasant)society through land,taxation,and military forces.Imperial Power-When the state form of the princes ’royal power can not be reconciled,the pacification of the seven-nation chaos ended this state form.During the Han Wudi period,the exercise of the order of grace led to the parallel system of the county state in the early Han Dynasty.After Han Wudi,the autocratic state form of imperial power became the mainstream state form of Chinese feudal society.There are two fundamental problems in ancient China based on agriculture,which led to the periodic collapse and reconstruction of ancient China’s state form.These two problems are: First,the imperial autocracy can not overcome the problem of corruption;Second,the contradiction between humans and the earth periodically erodes the economic foundation of the imperial autocracy.In the course of the evolution of the state form of the Western Han Dynasty,the imperial power--the state form of the princes ’royal power is an unstable state form.The princes’ royal power recreated by the imperial power is the alien power of the imperial power,and eventually it is necessary to return to the state form created by Qin.
