Research On The Legal System Of Transportation Cooperation Under The Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Mechanism

To carry out transportation cooperation is the basic requirement and necessary process of economic progress,and it is an important guarantee to enhance economic strength and achieve economic integration in Lancang-Mekong Basin.At present,the countries of Lancang-Mekong Basin at a critical period of development and construction,the transportation cooperation of Lancang-Mekong Basin will enter a new stage of rapid development.This paper starts from the foundation of the national transportation and cooperation in the Lancang-Mekong Basin,and then systematically sorts out the legal system of the national transportation cooperation in the Lancang-Mekong Basin through various methods such as literature analysis,induction analysis and legal interpretation.Finally,draw the following conclusions: The legal framework for the national transport cooperation has been formed.Although various cooperation mechanisms in the catchment are parallel,the obstacles in transportation cooperation cannot be solved effectively.In view of this,under the guidance of the cooperation mechanism,it is necessary to improve the construction of cooperation mechanisms and the construction of a cooperative legal system so as to solve the existing problems and promote the in-depth development of the national transport cooperation in the Lancang-Mekong basin.This paper discusses the legal cooperation system of Lancang-Mekong Basin from four parts: first,to introduce the overall situation of transportation cooperation in Lancang-Mekong Basin,including the specific conditions of transportation in different countries.Based on this,we analyzed the necessity of carrying out transportation cooperation in Lancang-Mekong Basin and the foundation for establishing cooperation.The second part analyzed the theory of transportation cooperation in Lancang-Mekong Basin.Based on the first and second parts,we put forward the legal problems of transportation cooperation in Lancang-Mekong Basin in the third part.At last,under the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Mechanism(LMC),we ponder over the existing legal problems of the transportation cooperation between Lancang-Mekong Basin and propose solutions.
