Analysis And Development Research On Tourism Obstacles For The Disabled In Qingdao

Disabled people have the same tourism needs as the healthy people,and they are gradually developing into one of the important tourist sources of tourism.Compared with the vigorous development of tourism activities and related studies for the disabled in foreign countries,there are fewer tourism activities for the disabled in China.Studies on the tourism of persons with disabilities are often found in macro discussions such as regulations and regulations.Based on the real tourism situation of the disabled,there are few studies,the whole disabled tourism market is still in its infancy.China is a populous country,the number of disabled people has been high,including nearly 190000 people with disabilities in Qingdao.As a tourist city,there are very few people with disabilities traveling among them,the lack of data on the tourism of persons with disabilities,the lack of scenic spots and transportation facilities with accessible conditions for sightseeing,which,in addition,add to the shortcomings of persons with disabilities,Are greatly affecting the tourism experience of the disabled in Qingdao.Based on the physical,visual,hearing and speech disabled people living in Qingdao,Shandong,this study will live in Shandong city in Qingdao Province,limbs,eyesight,hearing and speech disabilities as the research object,which based on the statistical analysis of the basic situation of the disabled in Qingdao city on 2016,in Qingdao city attractions,transportation,catering and accommodation services accessible to conduct field visits,and using questionnaire and depth interview study on the way of tourism barriers for disabled persons in Qingdao.It is found that there are many obstacles in tourism of disabled people in Qingdao,such as low disposable income,poor accessibility to tourist destinations,imbalance between supply and demand of tourism for disabled persons,etc.The negative attitude of the service staff criticized by other countries has not been found in the overall travel of the disabled in Qingdao.The study found that people with disabilities in Qingdao pay more attention to safety issues during the travel process and are full of expectations for the introduction of special travel routes for persons with disabilities.Based on the analysis results,this study from removing obstacles and other aspects to promote the tourism development of people with disabilities in Qingdao put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
