Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Disabled People's Entrepreneurship In Anhui Province

In our country's economic and social development process,the number of people with disabilities is huge,and the distribution is pretty wide.Compared with the normal people,because of the psychological or physical defects,the disabled people is lack of market competitiveness.In the aspects of family economic capacity and social participation,also reflects the disabled people do not have the advantages the normal people have,so the disabled is the special group which need the rescue and help of the government and society most.In the process of rapid development of the cause of the disabled in China,our concern and help to the employment and employment of the disabled is not only an important manifestation of humanitarianism and the improvement of the socialist spiritual civilization,but also a important evidence whether China has reached a comprehensive sense of a well-off society level.In the the report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that "encourage creating employment through multiple channels and forms,and expand job opportunities by creating new businesses.",the spirit of the meeting to promote the disabled to take the initiative to use their own conditions,through a variety of ways and means to allow more people with disabilities To work,to create their own value.Therefore,it is necessary to exert the active role of government,social organization and family in the pioneering work of the disabled,so research on the disabled entrepreneurship issues and to make efforts to improve the support and development of disabled people in China.In that case,can the broad masses of the disabled improve their entrepreneurial ability,to achieve their own value,and fully enjoy the fruits of social civilization development.Firstly,this paper tries to understand the direction and focus of the current domestic academic research through collect and present many literature in the field of employment of people with disabilities;followed by the field research interviews of Anhui Provincial Federation of Disabled Persons and the relevant departments of the disabled,to understand the problems in the process of entrepreneurship the disabled people in Anhui Province had encountered.Then,to collect the relevant data of the disabled people's entrepreneurship in Anhui Province to provide data support for the paper.Through the comprehensive analysis of literature,interview information and data,this paper analyzes the achievements and difficulties of the business of disabled people in Anhui Province,and finally puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problem of entrepreneurship in the perspective of synergistic theory.According to the analysis above,this research consists of five parts:The first chapter,this paper expounds the author's research purpose,theoretical and practical significance.On this basis,combing domestic and foreign scholars on the employment of disabled people,continue to introduce the theoretical research methods and thesis ideas,innovation and the inadequacies.Finally,to introduce the analysis framework of this article.In the second chapter,the author analyzes the concept and the principle of synergetic theory,and explains the concept of the disabled,the entrepreneur,the entrepreneur deeply.The purpose is to understand the problem of the entrepreneurial issues of the disabled thoroughly,and to make a solid theoretical basis for the analysis.In the third chapter,the author uses the statistical yearbook and the bulletin data to explain the present situation of the disabled people's employment in Anhui Province,and analyzes the government's policy and fund support methods,including the achievements and related problems of the entrepreneurial issues of the disabled people in recent years.In the fourth chapter,through the interviews with the disabled personnel and the disabled people in the business,combined with thoroughly description of the current problems encountered by the disabled people in Anhui Province,the paper try to analyze the specific reason of these problems from some aspects.In the fifth chapter,based on the analysis of the achievements,problems and causes of the disabled people in Anhui Province,the author puts forward some perfect countermeasures and suggestions on the entrepreneurial problems of disabled people in Anhui Province.
